Notes from the Highway Development Manager of Coventry City Council:
As part of the planning permission for the Crest Nicholson Homes residential development off Westwood Heath Road, a S106 agreement has been agreed that includes contributions towards the improvement of this junction. The value of this contribution is £335k and the trigger for the funds is prior to commencement. There was an indicative proposal that formed part of the planning application, which was provided to help inform the S106 costs, although currently no final decisions or any detailed designs have been undertaken.
